hair. We are dedicated in developing hair
products that are nutrient-rich, high in

Our founder and creator of
Experience is hairstylist Francesco Petrella.
In his International travels as a Platform
Artist, and a Certified Trainer of Hairstyling,
Francesco consulted with many hairstylists,
distributors, and sales reps in what was lacking
in their field of the hair industry. He
took all those ideas and all those experiences
and created his new products.
In designing Experience, Francesco wanted to
create a product that performed for
colour-treated hair in the salon and at home.
His clients were tired of spending a lot of
money on products that only partially performed,
and were not organic, or had harsh chemicals.
As a father of five children, Francesco felt
that he had a responsibility to the future of
the planet, and the health of those who use
personal care products. In his research he
discovered that personal care products contained
many cancer-causing or highly suspicious
ingredients linked to health concerns. He
vowed that he would not recommend a product that
he would not use on his own children to his
clients. And so Experience The Evolution
Of Haircare was born.

Our packaging was just an important
part of our products. We used as little as possible!
We used packaging that is recyclable and is easier to
recycle. We do not use pucks or containers that are
easily contaminated by dirt, dust, hair, or any other
foreign matter.
Our containers are easy to dispense and are
ergonomically packaged for simple use. Tubes and pumps
ensure that all the products are dispensed and there is
very little or no wastage of your products.
We do not sell our products in drugstores, superstores,
or out of the salon.
We manufacture without barcodes because only large chain
stores need these barcodes to sell products in their
stores. This maintains the integrity of our products,
protects against product tampering, and ensures that a
educated stylist or salon representative can perscribe
the Experience product that is right for you or your
client.
With Experience, you will have a more vibrant hair
colour for longer, your hair will feel healthier, be
stronger, and be shiny, from the internal fabric of the
